Hotel Guest Rooms
Hotel guest rooms are an ideal application for automatic
occupancy detection based scheduling due to the ability to
remain in vacant mode until motion is detected in the room.
When the guest enters the room, the motion sensor will
condition the room to an occupied temperature range. The
occupied set point will then automatically change back to
vacant at check-out time. You may choose to have this set
back time scheduled to the next check-in time to allow for
cleaning crews/maintenance etc to complete any work.
Settings for the suggested hotel guest room profile:
• Set every day of your schedule to be vacant. Under the
first time slot, enter 3:00 pm (or your regular check-in
time)

Set your vacant temperature range when setting the
vacant schedule.
