Typical Settings for Your Facility
Options for built-in motion detection further simplify schedul-
ing and optimize comfort and cost. Rather than rely on fixed
schedules have your setbacks automatically kick in when
your facilities are vacant. Patent-pending features enable the
industry’s only combination of fixed schedule and variable
occupancy-based setback control. Security features make it
possible to limit or lock out adjustments at the thermostat
optimizing HVAC energy usage.

Offices
An office is easily optimized by using motion-based
occupancy detection with scheduling. Most employees work
during set operating hours, but you may have employees
occasionally stay late or come in during the weekend for a
few hours.
Ideal settings for an office would be setting a schedule for
occupancy Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 6:00 pm (vacant
overnight and on weekends). Motion detection would be set
to condition the space upon detecting occupancy and hold
the occupied set points for two hours.
