5.4.5 asing the display with Bluetooth function

The Bluetooth

®

Low Energy (BLE) interface in the display makes it possible to connect with the Con-

tinental smartphone app in addition to all the other available functions. With this data connection,
performance data from the Continental eBike System can be combined with the contents of the
smartphone app. This information can be shown on both displays.

•

Download the Continental smartphone app on your smartphone.

•

Connect the display

B

to your smartphone using the BLE function.

The display can also be switched to Auto or Phone mode.

Auto mode: The display automatically changes to Phone view when a smartphone is con-
nected.

–

Phone mode: The display is always in Phone view.

After the connection has been established, the display opens up an expanded display mode. If the
connection was successful, the following information can be displayed in connection with your
smartphone and, if applicable, the necessary sensors:
