For a built-in down tube battery:

As long as the battery is charging and the charge status is below 10 %, the LED on the battery’s
charge display will flash green.
For an attached down tube battery or luggage carrier battery:

As long as the battery is charging and the charge status is below 10%, the LED on the battery’s
charge display will flash red.

As soon as the charge status is 11 %, 1 LED will be lit up.
