2.3 GENERAL 

INFORMATION

When the appliance is installed at elevations above 4,500ft, and in the absence 
of speci

fi

 c recommendations from the local authority having jurisdiction, the 

certi

fi

 ed high altitude input rating shall be reduced at the rate of 4% for each ad-

ditional 1,000ft. 
This appliance is approved for bathroom, bedroom and bed-sitting room 
installations and is suitable for mobile home installation.
No external electricity (110 volts or 24 volts) is required for the gas system 
operation.  Expansion / contraction noises during heating up and cooling 
down cycles are normal and are to be expected. 
If utilizing one of Wolf Steel's trim or surround kits, follow the framing instructions and the 

fi

 nishing instructions, 

for removal of the top extension.

NOTE: The protective wrap on plated parts is best removed when the assembly is at room temperature 
but this can be improved if the assembly is warmed, using a hair dryer or similar heat source.
