TERMS OF GUARANTEE
1. Guarantee term starts as from the date of delivery of the goods and is valid for 3 years.
2. The whole product including all its parts are under the guarantee of our company.
3. In case it is recognized that the product is defective the consumer may use any of the rights in the sub-clauses as a) Withdrawing from
the agreement, b- claiming discount from the sale price, c- Claiming repairing for free of charge and d- Claiming replace of the good with a
proper good of the 11th Article of the Consumer Rights Law Number 6502.
4. In case the consumer selects the right of repairing for free of charge, the seller is obliged to repair or have repaired the product without
claiming any workmanship, charges for replaced parts or under any other name. The consumer may use his right of repairing for free of
charge also against the manufacturer or the importer. The seller, manufacturer or the importer are severally liable from the consumer’s
using his right of repairing for free of charge.
5. In case the consumer uses his right of repairing for free of charge, in case the product;
- Breaks down again within Warranty period,
- The maximum period for repairing is exceeded,
- Is irreparable as reported by the authorized service station, seller, manufacturer or the importer; the consumer may claim from the seller
to return the sale price of the product, discount equivalent to the deficiency or replacing the product with a proper one, if possible. The seller
cannot reject the claim of the consumer. In case of failure in fulfilling the consumer’s claim, the seller, manufacturer and the importer are
severally responsible.
6. Repairing period cannot exceed 20 working days for the product. This period starts as
the break down related to the good is noticed to the authorized service station or the seller within guarantee period and as from the date the
good is delivered to the authorized service station after the guarantee period. In case the break down occurs within the guarantee period of the
product, the repairing period is added to the period of guarantee.
7. Any break down arising from using the product contrary to the issues in the user’s guide of the product is beyond the scope of the
guarantee.
8. The consumer may apply to the Arbitration Committee for Consumer Problems or the Consumer Court in the residential area or the place
where the product is purchased in case of any dispute occurring from using the rights arising from the guarantee.
9. On case this Certificate of Warranty is not granted to the Consumer by the Seller, the consumer may apply to the Ministry of Customs and
Trade, the General Directorate of Protection of the Consumer and the Market Surveillance.
SCOPE OF GUARANTEE
The Guarantee does not cover the following issues:
1- Failure in following advices and terms stated in the user’s guide of the product,
2- Scratches and damages occurred as a result of falling, impacting and such external effects after the consumer receives the product,
3- Using wrong electrical installation,
4- Attempting to repair or alter the device by a person besides the authorized DIGICOM personnel or service before consulting to an
authorized service for guaranteed repairing.
The consumer has to report any conflict between him and the service stations to DIGICOM by mail or phone.
