*1 Parameter should be already installed into CPU by system tool (mfd. By Mitsubishi Electric) to
restore program/parameter. CPU needs to be reset once after restoring.
Note that program/parameter cannot be backed up if the product is connected to CPU with
Ethernet port integrated.
*2 The backup range of ZR/D by serial communication is up to 999999.
