OPTIONAL
: The STS-SU1 Staff Unit may also be connected to the Break
Out Box, giving staff member’s the option to use either the standing unit
or the Break Out Box with headset.

a. Plug the staff units’ connectors with BLACK and YELLOW wires into the
“Staff Spkr” port on the back of the Break Out Box.
Note
: The BLACK wire
should be on the LEFT side of the connector. The YELLOW wire should be
on the RIGHT side of the connector
b. Plug the staff units’ connectors with BLACK+WHITE and RED wires into
the “MIC” port on the side of the Break Out Box.
Note
: The BLACK+WHITE
wires should be on the LEFT side of the connector. The RED wire should
be on the RIGHT side of the connector.
c. To use the STS-SU1 Staff Unit, ensure the mute button on the side of the
Break Out Box is not pressed in and the Staff Unit and Speaker’s switch is
in the ON position. To mute, press the mute button on the Break Out Box.
