“% MAX”
– The average pulse during training is displayed here in
in percent of your max. heart rate.
In our example, the average would be 36 % of your max. heart
rate.

“KCAL”
– This display shows the calories you consumed in
training.
In this example, this would be 10.85 kilo calories.
•
“INZONE”
– The time is displayed in which your pulse was
during training within the set pulse range.
The time in our example is 20 minutes, 30 seconds and 20
hundredths seconds.
•
“HI”
– This display shows the max. pulse that you had during
training.
In our example, this would be a max. pulse of 120.
