Intended Use
This world-band receiver with FM / MW /SW1 and SW2 bands,
sleep timer (10-90 minutes), carrier belt, stereo earphone, safe-cus-
tody bag and wire aerial is equipped with a three-fold station search
run (manual, automatic, direct input) – this makes quick and conve-
nient search for the desired stations possible.
24 different stations can be stored.
The voltage supply is 3-volt direct voltage. The world-band receiver
can be operated both with batteries (2 x 1.5-volt of the type Mignon)
and with a plug-in power unit. If using a plug-in power unit, do not
fail to observe the section "External voltage supply"!
Operation is only permitted in a dry environment; contact with mois-
ture must be avoided at all times. Any use other than that described
above will damage the product and may involve other risks such as
short-circuits, fire and electric shock etc. No part of the product
may be modified or converted and the housing may not be opened!
