11. Integration of the "FS20 TC6" into the
address system
The house code, an address group and a sub-address are required to code the
transmitter and its switching channels. With special address group allocations, it
is also possible to program the transmitter as a local or global master.
For entering the 8-digit house code, the 2-digit address groups and
the 2-digit sub-addresses, you only need to use the keys "1", "2", "3"
and "4".
With this addressing, you can use 225 single addresses, 15 function groups, 15
local master addresses and 1 global master address in each house code to use the
handheld transmitter.
Before you can start programming (e.g. of the house code, addresses,
etc.), plug the jumper "J1" to the position "Prog".
After programming is completed, return the jumper to the position
"Betr".
a) Setting the house code
After initial insertion of the battery or connection of the external supply voltage, the
"FS20 TC6" selects a random house code.
This house code can be changed as follows if required:
• Keep the keys "1" and "3" pressed for 5 seconds until the control LED lights up
in intervals of seconds.
• With the buttons "1", "2", "3" and "4", now enter the 8-digit house code for your
system. This must be the same for all remote control transmitters of the FS20
radio switching system (note it down and keep it in a safe place).
Example: 23141342 (1= key "1", 2 = key "2", 3 = key "3", 4 = key "4")
• After entering the eight digit, the system automatically quits programming mode.
The control LED goes off.
