4.3.2 Montagehinweise
Verwenden Sie für die Montage des Gerätes
aus schliesslich das im Lieferumfang enthaltene
Befesti gungs material. Ist in Ihrem speziellen Fall
die Befestigung mit dem mitgelieferten Material
nicht möglich, wählen Sie eine ähnlich stabile
Befestigungsart.
1. Schraube der Geräteabdeckung des Ventila-
tionsgeräts “G” lösen und Geräteabdeckung
entfernen.
2. Befestigungspunkte “A” (Montageschiene)
und “B” gemäss der entsprechenden Monta-
geabbildung und mit Hilfe einer Wasserwaa-
ge am vorgesehenen Stand ort anzeichnen.
Löcher ø10 mm bohren und die mitgeliefer-
ten Dübel einsetzen.
3. Montageschiene “C” mit den mitgelieferten
Unterlagsscheiben und Schrauben an der
Wand befestigen.

Nur bei Ventilationsgeräten mit Front-
blende FAN3S ... FC
: Seitenbleche “K” mit
den mitgelieferten Schrauben von unten am
Ventilationsgerät befestigen.
5. Dampfschlauch “I” auf die benötigte Länge
zuschneiden (FAN3S Mk M FC: 127 mm).
Hinweis: Beim FAN CP M FC wird ein Ver-
bindungsstück mitgeliefert.
6. Dampfschlauch bzw. Verbindungsstück am
Dampfanschluss des Ventilationsgerätes mit
einer Schlauchklemme “H” befestigen.
7. Ventilationsgerät von oben in die Montage-
schiene einhängen.
Hinweis: Bei Geräten mit Frontblende
(
FAN3S ... FC
) beim Einhängen des Gerä-
tes gleichzeitig den Dampfschlauch bzw. das
Verbindungsstück mit der Schlauchklemme
auf den Anschluss am Dampf-Luftbefeuchter
aufstecken.
8. Ventilationsgerät horizontal ausrichten und
mit den mitgelieferten Unterlagsscheiben
und Schrauben “F” an der Wand fixieren.
9. Kondensatschlauch “I” auf den Anschluss am
Ventilationsgerät ausstecken und mit einer
Schlauchklemme befestigen. Anschliessend
Kondensatschlauch mit einem Schlauchbo-
gen (Siphon min. Durchmesser 100 mm)
nach unten führen, auf die benötigte Länge
zuschneiden und auf den Kondensatan-
schluss im Dampf-Luftbefeuchter aufste-
cken. Schlauchbogen mit einem Kabelbinder
am Gehäuse des Ventilationsgerätes befes-
tigen.
10. Anschlusskabel “D” durch Kabeltülle “E” in
den Steuerkasten des Dampf-Luftbefeuch-
ters und durch die Kabelverschraubung un-
ten am Ventilationsgerät ins Ventilationsgerät
führen.

blende FAN3S ... FC
: Frontblech “L” in die
Seitenbleche einhängen.
12. Geräteabdeckung des Ventilationsgerätes
“G” anbringen und mit der Schraube befes-
tigen.
4.3.2 Mounting notes
When installing the units, use exclusively the
fixing materials contained in the delivery pack-
age. If fixing using the materials supplied is not
possible in your specific installation, choose a
similarly stable method of fix ing.
1. Undo the screw of the fan unit cover “G” and
remove the unit cover.
2. Mark the fixing points “A” (mounting rail)
and “B” respectively at the desired location
in accordance with the corresponding moun-
ting drawing an the help of a spirit level.
Drill ø10 mm holes and insert the dowels
provided.
3. Fix mounting rail “C” to the wall using the
washers and screws supplied.

Fan units with front cover only FAN3S ...
FC
: fix the side panels “K” to the bottom of
the fan housing using the screws supplied.
5. Cut steam hose “I” to the desired length
(FAN3S Mk M FC: 127 mm).
Note: with the FAN CP M FC a connecting
piece is provided.
6. Fix the steam hose or the connection piece
to the steam connector on the fan unit using
a hose clamp “H”.
7. Suspend the fan unit on the mounting rail.
Note: when suspending the unit with front
cover (
FAN3S CP ... FC
) attach the steam
hose with the hose clamp to the steam
connector on the steam humidifier at the
same time.
8. Horizontally align the fan unit and fix the unit
to the wall using the washers and screws “F”
supplied.
9. Connect the condensate hose “I” to the
connector of the fan unit, then lead the con-
densate hose downwards forming a curve
(siphon min. diameter 100 mm) and connect
it to the condensate connector of the steam
humidifier. Fix the hose curve to the fan unit
housing using a cable strap.
10. Insert supply cable “D” into the control box
of the steam air humidifier and into the fan
unit through the cable grommet “E” and the
cable gland on the bottom of the fan unit.

: hook in the front panel “L” into the side
panels.
12. Mount unit cover “G” to the fan unit and fix
it with the screw.
4.3.2 Poznámky k montáži
Pro montáž ventilátorového nástavce používejte
výhradně montážní materiál obsažený v balení.
Pokud ve Vašem konkrétním případě není možné
použít originální připevňovací materiál, zvolte
způsob, který poskytne srovnatelnou stabilitu.
1. Odšroubujte šroub na krytu „G“ ventilátoro-
vého nástavce a sejměte kryt.
2. Označte si kotevní body “A” (montážní lišta)
a “B” v místě montáže podle odpovídajícího
rozměrového náčrtku a vodováhy. Vyvrtejte
otvory ø10 mm a vložte do nich dodané
hmoždinky.
3. Dodanými šrouby s podložkami připevněte
montážní lištu “C”.

Pouze ventilátorový nástavec s čelním
krytem FAN3S ... FC
: Dodanými šrouby
připevněte boční panely ke spodní straně
opláštění ventilátorového nástavce.
5. Uřízněte parní hadici “I” na potřebnou délku
(FAN3S Mk M FC: 127 mm). Poznámka: u
nástavce FAN CP M FC je spojovací kus
hadice dodán.
6. Hadicovými sponami “H” připevněte parní
hadice nebo spojovací kus k připojení páry
na ventilátorovém nástavci.
7. Zavěste ventilátorový nástavec na montážní
lištu.
Poznámka: při zavěšení ventilačního nástav-
ce s čelním krytem (
FAN3S ... FC
) připojte
k výstupu páry z parního zvlhčovače parní
hadici hadicovou sponou.
8. Ventilátorový nástavec vyrovnejte do vo-
dorovné polohy a připevněte jej ke stěně
dodaným šroubem “F”..
9. Připojte kondenzátní hadici “J” k připojení
na ventilátorovém nástavci, potom veďte
hadici dolů a vytvořte smyčku (sifon s min.
průměrem 100 mm) a připojte ji do místa
připojení kondenzátu na parním zvlhčova-
či. Připevněte smyčku na hadici stahovací
páskou k opláštění ventilátorového nástavce
10. Napájecí kabel “D” natáhněte z elektrické
svorkovnice parního zvlhčovače do ventiláto-
rového nástavce. Použijte kabelový vstup “E”
a průchodku ve spodní části ventilátorového
nástavce.
11.
Jen ventilátorový nástavec s čelním kry-
tem FAN3S ... FC
: zahákněte čelní kryt “L”
do bočních panelů.
12. Namontujte kryt ventilátorového nástavce
“G” a připevněte ho šroubem.
