Training the Customer
Concordia requires complete customer training at the time of
installation. Cleaning instructions should be reviewed during each
service call.
Customer Training Includes
1. Use of Quick Reference Guide
2. Start Machine
3. Filling Machine with Beans and Milk
4. Pouring
Drinks
5. Complete Daily Cleaning
6. Completing Brew Group/ Shutdown Clean
7. Accessing Machine Serial Number and how to call Concordia
Coffee Systems for Assistance
8. Accessing the Programming Menu
9. Troubleshooting
Tips
Quick Reference Guide
Use and refer to the Quick Reference Guide when providing training to
the customer. The customer’s understanding of all information
contained in the Quick Reference Guide is essential to their success in
maintaining the machine.
Filling Machine with Beans and Milk
Demonstrate and have customer load beans. Explain the front hopper is
typically filled with caffeinated beans and the rear hopper with
decaffeinated beans. Explain the use of the hopper stopper.
Demonstrate and have the customer place milk in the refrigeration
unit. Explain the importance on ensuring there are not kinks in the milk
pick-up tubes. Demonstrate the correct placement of the refrigeration
unit’s milk weight tray. The milk weight tray will only work if properly
installed.
Making a Drink
Demonstrate and have customer make each beverage: espresso, double
espresso, latte, double latte, and cappuccino.
Demonstrate and have customer use the
drink option buttons
:
ALT MILK
button and DECAFFEINATED button.
Demonstrate and have customer use: HOT WATER button and MILK
button.
Serial Number
Show customer the location of serial number on machine. The customer
must provide the serial number when calling Concordia Customer
Service.
