3. Notes & cautions
Do not attempt to disassemble the included power adapter. This may cause high-voltage injuries. If the
adapter needs to be fixed, please contact your dealer or the helpdesk of Conceptronic.
Keep the CM2H away from excessive moisture.
Do not immerse or expose the CM2H to liquids.
Disconnect the power adapter if you do not intend to use the CM2H for an extended period of time.
Avoid using the CM2H in a location near combustibles.
Change the battery of the remote control with the same kind when it is weak or dead. Recycle old
batteries where possible. To avoid corrosion, remove the battery when the remote will not be used for
a long time.
Keep the remote away from excessive moisture; do not drop it.
Do not operate the remote under intense sunlight.
NEVER drop, shake or bump the CM2H.
To prevent overheating, do not cover the CM2H.
Note :
The data on the internal harddisk can be fragmented. This can affect the playback of movies. It is
recommended that you defragment the hard disk on your computer once in a while.
4. Device explanation
On the inside cover of this manual you will find a picture of the CM2H showing all connections and
buttons. The letters on the picture correspond with the table below, to explain each connection and
button of the CM2H.
Description of the letters:
A.
DC input connector (5V, 2A)
Connect the power supply to the CM2H.
B.
AV output connector
Connect the AV cable to the CM2H.
C.
HDMI output connector
Connect a HDMI cable to the CM2H.
D.
Mini-USB connector
Connect the CM2H to your computer.
E.
SD(HC) / MMS / MS card slot
Insert a SD(HC), MMS or Memory Stick in the CM2H.
F.
Power LED
Indicates that the CM2H is turned on.
G.
USB LED
Indicates that the CM2H is connected to the PC.
H.
HDD LED
Indicates that the CM2H has HDD activity.
I.
OK button
OK button for remoteless operation.
J.
Navigation buttons
In menu:
Navigate through the menus of the CM2H.

Short press:
Stop the current playback

Indicates that the CM2H is connected with the AV cable.

Infrared receiver
Infrared reception for the remote control.
