5.2
Selected Connection = Dynamic IP Address
If your connection is based on
Dynamic IP Address, you need to
enter the following information
received from your Internet
Provider:
•
VPI Value
•
VCI Value
•
Type of Dynamic IP
connection
If your Internet Provider works
with a specific MAC address for
your connection, enter it in the
field “
Cloned MAC Address
”.
The button “
Clone MAC Address
” will use the MAC Address from the computer you are
using to configure the C/C.
Click “
Next
” when you entered the requested information.
Note:
It is advised to set the Security to “
None
” the first time.
No security allows you to check if your Wireless Internet connection is
functioning properly. You can set the Wireless Security at a later time with
the instructions in
Chapter 6
.
