parameter controls whether the Gigabit Interface switches back and forth 
between the two input streams for a valid MPEG stream. Revertive (GSM =1 ) 
means the interface will switch back and forth between the two streams. Non-
revertive is a latching scheme where the interface will only switch to the 
secondary stream.
