Problem with the Wi-Fi connection
When the product cannot be connected to a Wi-Fi network or cannot be cont-
rolled via the Internet because the connection between the product and the
Internet interface is lost and the application indicates that the device is not
available, we recommend that to check the list of Frequently Asked Questions
(FAQs) collected on our website and follow the steps described there.
Use of the application
The phone/tablet application is under continuous improvement. We propose
to update the application to the latest version because user experience is imp -
roved continuously and new functions are accessible in the updated versions.
