Attaching Climbers and Slides

Plastic Slide.
The slide is simply placed into position on the Clubhouse Platform. Stand back to look at the
slide, making sure that it is placed straight and square to the platform. Be sure that there is a minimum of 5’ at
the bottom of the slides to allow safe exit space. Using the Phillips bit in the cordless drill, secure the slide to
the platform by driving one #14 x 2 ½” truss screw to screw into each of the two holes that are molded into the
slide.

8.c.
Fire Pole.
Dig the hole for the footing about 15” away from the Clubhouse Platform and center the hole
with the desired opening in the barrier. Attach the Fire Pole to the Barrier using two sets of Panel Clamps, two
3/8” x 2” carriage bolts and two 3/8” hex nuts. Make sure the pole is level. Mix and pour concrete and allow it
to set.
