TOS (Type of Service) is a field in the IP header of a packet. This TOS field 
is also used by Differentiated Services and is called the Differentiated 
Services Code Point (DSCP). This field can determine the output priority 
of a packet and the priority value is supported 0to63. DSCP value map to 
4 priority queues:
