Firewall Status

Displays the current state of the system firewall elements. Those elements turned on are

labeled

Enabled

Select the Firewall tab to open the

Firewall Status

page.

Level

Sets the level of firewall protection to Off, Low or High.
The Firewall

Level

link provides access to this page of the Firewall. If IPv6 is disabled, the

lower section of the page is not shown.

■

Off:

All inbound and outbound traffic to the WAN is allowed.

■

Low:

All outbound traffic and service exports such as pinholes, are supported.

Unsolicited inbound traffic from the WAN will be dropped.

■

High:

Pinholes and other service exports are disabled.
The following set of network services are allowed to be initiated by LAN-side devices:
