Instant Messaging

Instant Messaging

The Instant Messaging app allows you to send and receive instant
messages.

Important:

Instant messaging is only available on the PBXs COMpact

4000, COMpact 5000/R, COMpact 5200/R, COMpact 5500R and
COMmander 6000/R/RX. The PBXs must be running a firmware version
as of 6.4A to support this app.

Configuring the Instant Messaging App

the dialogue to configure the app will appear automatically before you write
the first instant message.

Proceed as follows:

Using the telephone

1. Tap on
