Local Answering Machine

Local Answering Machine

Enter the maximum recording time. Provided that the caller does not hang
up before, the answering machine will end the recording automatically after
the entered time. If 99 has been entered, the recording time is unlimited.

Therefore, every recording lasts as long as it has been defined here.

Indicates after how many minutes the answering machine ends a recording
by itself.

Notes:

Before you record a call you must always have the agreement of the call
partner. If you record the call without the knowledge of the call partner,
you make yourself liable to prosecution (breach of confidentiality of the
spoken word). For data protection reasons, the call partner should be
informed via an announcement that the call is being recorded.

Recordings whose recording time is shorter than 1 second are not
saved.

Automatic call recording ends immediately when a query call has begun.
