CLEANING CARTRIDGE DUST FILTERS
(Optional):
Every
40/70
hours of operation, or whenever neces-
sary, check the dust filters

, by re-
moving them from their casing, loosening the knobs

and taking out the bracket that
holds the filters in place

, cleaning
them, by beating them against the ground (gently)
with the holes facing downwards towards the floor,
and then cleaning them thoroughly. With a vacuum
cleaner it is possible to clean them from the inside, or
by using compressed air blown from the outside in.
When you are re-assembling them, make sure that the
circular black sealing washer is on the bottom of the
filter. Make sure that the filters are always in excellent
conditions and change them whenever necessary.

that surround the
central broom, changing them when necessary.
IMPORTANT: The height of the side flaps Detail 2
Fig. 14 can be adjusted by sliding them along the
slots. If they need to be replaced, once they have
been assembled, make sure that they are raised
approximately 2 mm from the ground.

CENTRAL BROOM:

Every
50/80
hours of operation, or as needed, make sure the central broom is in good condi-
tion, especially if you suspect that cords, wires, etc. have been accidentally collected.
If it is necessary to remove these materials from the broom, you must:
Remove the hopper

Get down on all fours and look at the central broom underneath the machine; wearing gloves and a
mask to protect your respiratory tract, remove any cords or wires that are tangled around the central
broom. It is also possible to use the 3 hooks included (eyebolts) to lift the machine
(see Fig. 1)
and
perform this operation being careful not to station yourself under the machine.
