Addition of actuator Art. 1256
Diagram BK/A
Page 87
By connecting Art. 1256 in parallel to the terminals of bracket
5714/K the relay on the actuator can be controlled using the
dedicated pushbuttons on the monitor and/or telephone.
Actuator relay capacity: 10A. For use of Art. 1256, refer to
technical sheet FT SB2 02 of the same article.

Connection of call repetition devices (Art. 1229 or
Art. 1122/A)
Diagram SB2/AAK
Page 88
The total number of internal units with the same user code and call
repetition devices connected to the above internal units cannot exceed
4. Connect only one call repetition device for each internal unit.
The MAX connection distance between the internal unit and call
repetition device is 20 m; use a screened cable for the
connection and do not run the cables near heavy inductive loads
or power cables (230V / 400V).
If inductive loads are connected, the connection of 470nF
capacitance in parallel with the C-NO contacts of Art. 1122/A is
advisable.
In case of audio interference induced by the connection of the
wires to terminals S+ S-, use Art. 1232 (see diagram GEN/AAB
on page 88).
Use Art. 1232 to filter induced interference on
terminals S+ and S-

Variant A: addition of door call pushbutton
Page 89
A door call terminal can be added by connecting to terminals CFP
and CFP of bracket 5714/K.
The door call has a different tone from that of the external unit. In
case of several telephones or brackets with the same user code,
connect the CFP pushbutton to only one; all the devices will ring
simultaneously.

Connection in cascade
The basic system can be extended to obtain a maximum of three
internal users for each Call button on the external unit. To add a
monitor, it is necessary to use Art. 5714/K (bracket), 5701 (monitor)
and power supply transformer Art. 1212/B. Set the microswitches
with the user code, according to the table on page 39.
Wire the two brackets with in/out cascade connection (see diagram)
or use the terminals 1214/2 to branch from the riser (see diagram
BK/I on page 84).

Connection in cascade of a main monitor and a
secondary monitor with the same user code
Diagram BK/C
Page 84
This diagram shows the possibility of connecting two monitors
(main and secondary) in cascade together and branching from
the riser with Art. 1214/2.
In this configuration, when a call is made from the external unit
only the main monitor switches on, and the secondary monitor
can be switched on by pressing Pushbutton 2 (video request).
When a call is made from the external unit the ringtone will sound
on both monitors.

Page 86
When Art.1256 is installed in parallel on terminals LL of bracket
5714/K, the consent required to control an external lamp
synchronised with monitor switch-on can be obtained.
In this way, when a call is made, or upon automatic switch-on
command, the person at the external unit can be adequately
illuminated. For use of Art. 1256, refer to technical sheet FT SB2 02
of the same article.
