Replacement Procedure of Casters for Escalator Ramps (

100) and Safety Wheels
The tools on the right
are required for this
procedure.

1. While holding the hex cap nut in place with the wrench (19
mm), rotate the bolt counterclockwise using the dedicated
wrench (23 mm).
2. Remove the casters, the safety wheel and the washers.

2. Remove the caster and the spring washer.
Install the caster following the removal procedure in the
reverse order and tighten it securely using the wrench.

Install the correct casters for the right and left sides. If
the casters are installed on the wrong side, the stoppers
will face outward and may be damaged if they hit a wall
or another object. *The same applies to the rear casters.
