Checking Guard

Pull the belt while pushing the guard to
check that the guard closes.

Pull on the top of the guard while
holding the seat in place to check
that the guard does not open.

Press the release button and pull
the guard toward you while holding
the seat with one hand to check
that the guard opens.
Checking Reclining Function
* The illustration shows AW3(forward facing type). The way to check reclining function of AW4 series is the same.

Raise the reclining lever to check that the lock is released, and, with the lever
in the raised position, lower the seat to check that it reclines (3 positions).

Push lightly the seat from the top to check
that the seat is locked in position.
