Troubleshooting
The power indicator is off while the turn on/off key is pressed
●
Make sure that the

key on the back of the device is pressed.
●
Make sure battery is properly connected to your voice box.
●
Remove the battery, reinstall it and restart your voice box.
●
If low battery, recharge it.
The power indicator is on but the signal indicator is off
●
Check that the antenna is correctly installed.
●
Clean SIM card metal contactors with a clean cloth.
●
The SIM card is not correctly inserted. Insert the SIM card according to the device
image.
●
The SIM card is damaged, contact your network provider.
Signal reception is normal but the ring tone is not heard when picking up the
phone
●
Check the connection between the phone and the Co-Comm CV100.
Call quality is poor
●
It is in a weak signal area (check the LED signal level). Move to a place with better
signal strength.
●
Check the sound level.
●
Your network operator may have connection problems.
●
Check if the phone connected to the Co-Comm CV100 is working correctly.
