The
PUK code
(Personal Unblocking Key) allows you to change the blocked PIN code.
If you enter the PIN incorrectly three times, the SIM card will be blocked and the red led
will flash faster. In this case, you must enter the PUK code provided with the SIM card
to unblock the blocked PIN. If you enter the PUK incorrectly ten times, the SIM card will
be permanently blocked and you will need to ask for a new one to the service provider.
The PIN and the PUK are supplied with the SIM card. For more information, contact
your network operator.
