3. Mark the wall using the (2) lower holes, as guides, then remove cabinet from wall. Drill (2) 5/16" holes and install anchors in wall. Place the
dispenser back onto the wall bracket and secure the bottom of the dispenser to the wall using the screws provided.
NOTE: TO ENSURE SAFE INSTALLATION OF THE DISPENSER, IT IS REQUIRED THAT THE BOTTOM (2) SCREWS BE INSTALLED.
4. Install drip tray by aligning the four tabs on the tray with the four slots in the dispenser and push down.
7. Turn on water supply. Purge air from system by depressing each of the buttons briefly. There may be some water discharge from the
eductor vents until the air is purged.
5. Connect the black water inlet hose to water supply. (Minimum 25 PSI
pressure, with water running, is required for proper operation. Maximum
pressure 85 PSI. Maximum water temperature 120°F.)
6. Screw the orange cap tightly onto the top of the chemical bottle and slide
into the dispenser.
NOTE: ExpressMix chemicals have a orange insert to ensure proper
dispensing. Dilution tips are in the ExpressMix chemical bottle and
do not need to be installed in the dispenser.
Operation
1. Select chemical by slightly depressing the dial selector and turn to the desired chemical quadrant. The dial will snap into position when it is
properly aligned. The left dial selector controls bottle dispensing and the right dial selector controls bucket / equipment dispensing.
2. Water Dispensing: To dispense water in bottles or buckets / equipment, turn dial to the water icon in the 6 o'clock position and operate the
dispenser.
