NOTE: These motors will feel hot to the touch. This is normal. The internal overload
protector will turn the motor off if there is an overload or high temperature problem.

TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
Probable Cause Recommended Action
Loose connection Hand tighten all quick disconnects and fittings, check gaskets and
o-rings.

No power to the motor Check power switches and circuit breakers. Check motor plug into
control panel.
Blown fuse Replace pump fuse.
Thermal overload has tripped Wait until motor cools off.
Pump jammed from foreign matter in
Impeller Call dealer for recommended action.

filtering Reprogram your controls to cycle during the coolest parts of the
day or shorter cycles.
