The setting for control register 0x3F (XCO tuning register) is dependent on the
amount of tuning required for the crystal oscillator circuit, and as such, is application
dependent.
5.1.5 MAINLOOP
The MAINLOOP checks the PROG_FLAGS variable to see if the device needs to be
transmitting or receiving. Once this decision has been made, the firmware jumps to
the transmit or receive configuration subroutines (START_RFTX or START_RFRX).
