Clamp curved (bent) workpieces so that
the side curved outwards is against the
workpiece stop.
Sawing
– Set the length stop (5) to the required
workpiece length and fix it.
– Push the workpiece firmly against the saw
bench and against the workpiece stop.
– Clamp in the workpiece with the clamping
fixture (8).
– Press the release key (2) and On/Off
switch (13) simultaneously.
– Press and hold the On/Off switch.
– Move the tool arm slowly downwards and
cut through the workpiece in one work
step.
– Release the On/Off switch and slowly
move the tool arm upwards.

Changing the saw blade
Removing the saw blade
– Press the release button (2) and carefully
push the reciprocating protective hood (3)
upwards.
– Press the spindle locking button (23) and
keep it pressed.
– Undo the screw (24) and push the spindle
cover (25) upwards.
– Undo the tensioning screw (26) clockwise
(Caution! left-hand thread!)
– Carefully pull off the clamping flange (27)
and saw blade (28).
WARNING! Risk of injury!
The saw
blade is more easily accessible due
to the severe inclination when double
mitre cutting. Maintain an adequate
clearance from the saw blade!
NOTICE! Risk of product damage!
Press the tool arm onto the work-
piece only so that the motor revolu-
tions do not drop too low and does
not overload the motor and cause
damage.
WARNING! Risk of injury!
Pull the
plug before making any settings, car-
rying out repairs or maintenance!

with an organic sol-
vent.
DANGER! Risk of death through
electric shock!
Disconnect the
mains plug before carrying out any
work on the device.
WARNING! Risk of burns!
Shortly
after commencing sawing, the saw
blade can become very hot. There is
a risk of burning! Let a hot saw blade
cool down. Never clean a hot saw
blade using flammable liquids.
CAUTION! Risk of injury (cuts
from sharp edges)!
Risk of being
cut even with a stationary saw blade!
Wear gloves when changing the saw
blade.
