Warranty
The purchaser of this product has 30 days from proof of purchase (non-transferable) to make a claim for any
missing or damaged parts in the box.
IMPORTANT: This product is not a permanent structure. The gazebo can be left out during all seasons
however snow accumulation must be removed at all times. It is possible to experience water leakage during
heavy precipitation.This warranty is based on normal use of the product.
This product is guaranteed against defective materials from the factory including;
- 1 year on the frame against discoloration.
- 1 year on the roof panels against rust and discoloration.
- 1 year on the mosquito netting against discoloration.
- Limited warranty applicable on parts only (contact your retailler.) No warranty on labor.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
- Damages caused by abuse, misuse of this product or vandalism.
- Damages due to extreme natural weather conditions such as, but not limited to, rainstorms,
hailstorms, wind storms, snow storms, etc…
- Water infiltration and holes in the roof panels are not covered.
- Damages due to the product not installed on a level ground or anchored down with appropriate screws.
- Damages caused by hanging or suspending objects heavier than 6.8kg (15lbs.)
For all inquiries regarding the warranty, missing or defective part, contact your retailer for assistace.
Operation
The gazebo must always remain anchored properly to the floor or ground using the appropriate screws to
enjoy its safe usage.
The gazebo can be left out during all seasons however snow accumulation must be removed at all times.
Check periodically that all screws are fastened tightly before and during usage.
If any of these above-mentioned instructions is not followed the warranty will be voided.
Care and Cleaning
For cleaning, use a domestic soap or detergent and wash with warm water using a sponge or fabric. Rinse
with clean
water.
Do not put any mosquito netting or curtain in any washing machine or dryer.
Remove the mosquito netting and curtains (sold separately) and store in a dry area during winter.

Do not place any BBQ or open-flame cooking device inside the (gazebo, solarium, wall-unit) or within
5ft of it.
Any space-heater must be placed away from and not come into contact with any flammable material* in or
around the (gazebo, solarium, wall-unit).
