REFRESHMENT CENTER
Interior Aluminum Surfaces
The interior surfaces of the refreshment center should be cleaned and sanitized daily with an approved product before
being used. Check with local Health Department for rules and regulations in your area.
Exterior Aluminum Surfaces
The exterior surfaces should be cleaned on a daily basis using a soap and water solution. Periodic cleaning with an
aluminum or stainless steel cleaner is recommended.
See following CAUTION.
CAUTION
• Using abrasive cleaners on aluminum and stainless steel will damage or scratch the surfaces. Use a
soft cloth with an industrial type stainless steel cleaner/polish to clean the aluminum and stainless
steel surfaces.
Drains
See Periodic Service Schedules on page 37.
Clear Plastic Doors
The clear plastic panels on the doors should be cleaned daily with a mild soap and water solution. Dry with a clean,
damp chamois. Do not use window cleaning sprays or paper towels.
Polypropylene
The polypropylene doors should be cleaned daily with a soap and water solution.
Canopy Cover
Periodically clean the canopy cover by spraying the fabric with water and allowing fabric to dry on the canopy frame.

Care should be taken that these accessories are properly installed by trained technicians, and that they are used in the
manner for which they were designed.

WARNING
• Custom cab assemblies, canopy tops, weatherproof enclosures, and windshields will not protect
occupants from flying objects.
• If the vehicle is equipped with an electric powered bed lift, remove the refreshment center before
servicing the bed lift system.
CAUTION
• Do not drill into the driver-side frame because it is part of the air intake system. Failure to heed this
caution could damage the engine by allowing excessive contamination to enter the air intake system.
• Combined use of electric-powered accessories for an extended period of time could discharge the
battery even with the engine running and an alternator installed. Be aware of charging system
capacity rating and keep combined accessory use at or below that rating. See Vehicle Specifications
on page 54.Failure to heed this caution could result in the vehicle shutting off, possibly leaving
operator and passengers stranded.
