ERTICAL

ADJUSTMENT

The vertical adjustment screw sets the depth of the end mill. Turning clockwise
moves the end mill down; counterclockwise moves it up. The dial is graduated in
0.001" (.025 mm) increments.

CAUTION

The key mill has a maximum vertical adjustment height of 1.75" (44
mm) from the bottommost position. Cranking the key mill above this
height will cause the vertical adjustment jackscrew to unthread from the
base.
