1.
Roof Modifications
a.
Harness Center Hole
i.
Remove the Golf Cart Roof and place it onto
sawhorses with the underside facing up.
ii.
Measure and mark
9” from the edge and 1 ¼” from
the bottom as shown. (Figure 2)
iii.
Drill a hole at the mark using a 1/2
” drill bit.
b.
Harness Access Hole
i.
Using a 5/8” drill bit,
drill the harness access
hole into passenger
side roof support area
approximately as
shown. (Figure 3)
