JOB MASTER BUILDINGS

2. Repeat the steps to assemble and attach the remaining

roller assembly to the door frame. Photo below shows

the attached roller assembly as seen from the outside

or front. (Metal panel is not shown.)

3. Attach the remaining roller assemblies to the remaining

door frame.

4. When all roller assemblies are installed, hang one door

by sliding the roller assemblies into the slider track

attached to the end wall frame.

ATTENTION:

Door is heavy and difficult to handle.

Additional assistants are needed to safely hang a door.

5. Install a Tek screw through the track at the end to

prevent the door from accidently dropping out of the

track during operation. (Panels are not shown.)

Adjusting Nut

1. Install the adjusting bolt and roller assembly. Position

the notch of the roller assembly up and away from the

door.

Install Tek Screw here

6. Verify that the lower edge of the door is to the inside of

the stay roller assembly.

7. Turn the adjusting nuts on the roller assemblies to

adjust the door. The door must hang level from the

track and above the base rail of the end wall.

NOTE:

Verify that the bottom of the door does not

contact the Tek screws that secure the outrigger rafter

to the outrigger base rail. Adjust the door as needed to

clear these Tek screws.

at the end of the

outrigger base rail.

8. Test the operation and the door adjustment.
9. Adjust the stay roller at the bottom of the door so the

door rolls freely in the slider track.
