11.  Insert a 3' section of strap through the slit and around 

the end panel conduit.

12. Thread the strap ends into the ratchet and slightly 

tighten. 

 

NOTE:

 It may be necessary to remove excess strap if it 

binds up in the ratchet.

13. Repeat the steps for the remaining ratchets.
14. Return to each ratchet and tighten them all evenly until 

the end panel is tight.

15. Repeat the previous steps to install the remaining end 

panel.  

16. Continue by installing the optional front roll-up kit.   

 

IMPORTANT: 

You must install the front roll-up kit 

before 

you attach the ratchets and main cover. 

 

If you do not have a front roll-up kit to install, continue 

by installing the ratchets on Page 23.

INSTALL END PANELS (continued)

INSTALL OPTIONAL FRONT ROLL-UP KIT

A front roll-up kit is available for the shelter and provides 

additional protection from the elements and other sources 

that could damage the contents of the shelter. 

 

To purchase the optional front roll-up kit for your shelter, 

contact Customer Service at 1.800.245.9881 for additional 

information. If you do not have a front roll-up kit to install, 

continue by installing the ratchets. 

 

WARNING:

 To prevent damage to the panel and to 

prevent serious personal injury, 

DO NOT attempt to 

install the roll-up panel on windy days

.

 

The following steps describe one way to assemble the roll-

up conduit and to install the roll-up panel.
1.  Locate the round 1.315" pipes for the roll-up conduit 

and assemble. 

 

Each conduit assembly consist of the following swaged 

and plain pipes:

3.  Locate the roll-up panel and spread it out on the 

ground (with its underside facing up) along the Straight 

Wall side of the assembled and anchored frame. See 

diagram below.

2.  After assembling the roll-up conduit, secure the pipe 

joints with a Tek screw and tape over the screw head 

with duct tape.
