4. Place the receptacle for the fresh water reservoir (

the holder for the castors (

) into the recesses provided
for them on the bottom of the dirty water and dust con-
tainer (

5. Screw the holders tight using the four cross-head screws
that are also supplied.
Attaching / Removing Lid
• Place the lid (

) onto the dirty water and dust container (
9
).
Close the clamping fasteners (

) on both sides by placing
the clip down over the top of the edge and
fl
ipping down
the clamping lever.
• To remove the lid (

),
fl
ip up the lever of the clamping fas-
tener (

) and remove the clip from the edge. Pull up the lid
by the handle (

) and take it off.
Assembling Suction Tube
• Assemble the suction tube (

) by plugging the individual pieces together. Plug the
open end of the handpiece (

) into the top of the suction tube (
13
). Twist the hand-
piece (
1
) back and forth slightly as you do this. Then check the connection to make
sure there is a secure
fi
t.
• To remove the suction tube (
13
), pull it off the handpiece (
1
).
Inserting / Removing Hose
• Plug the connection piece of the suction hose (

) into the
intake opening on the front of the dirty water and dust con-
tainer (
9
). Make sure when you do this that the locking lug
is seated at the top. Secure the connection piece in place
by turning it clockwise.
• To remove the hose (
12
), rotate the connection piece
slightly anticlockwise and pull it out.
Attaching / Removing Suction Nozzles
• Plug the free end of the suction tube (
13
) as far as it will go into one of the suction
nozzles supplied. Twist the nozzle back and forth slightly as you do this.
• If you want to use the spray
fl
oor nozzle, you must also connect the two parts of the
fresh water hose together:

To do this,

rst place the fastening ring (

) and then the spray
fl
oor nozzle onto
the suction tube (

).

Pull the bottom part of the fresh water hose (

nozzle, through the fastening ring (
