Operating instructions
To grate/slice vegetables, etc.
1. Prepare the ingredients and cut them into pieces that will fit into the cutter
attachment.
2. Select an appropriate pair of blades (refer to the guide below).
3. Assemble the parts as described above.
Note:
Make sure that both blades are
the same colour.
4. Plug the mains lead into a wall socket. Set the power switch to the

position.
5. Place an empty dish under the opening.
6. When the machine is in normal operating mode, place the ingredients into
the cutter attachment and press them down using the pusher (3).
7. Set the power switch to
0
once you have finished.

Note:
Never operate the machine for more than 1 minute at a time.
To make sorbet
1. Prepare the ingredients, the main ingredient should be banana. You can also add
other fruits such as apple, strawberry, mango or pieces or biscuit to add extra
flavour. Peel the fruit and cut it into suitably sized pieces.
2. Place the fruit in the freezer for 8 hours, take it out and leave it at room temperature
for 15 minutes to soften a little.
3. Assemble and fit the crusher attachment onto the motor unit.
4. Plug the mains lead into a wall socket. Set the power switch to the

position.
5. Place an empty dish under the opening.
6. When the machine is in normal operating mode, place the ingredients into
the crusher attachment and press them down using the pusher rod (15).
7. Set the power switch to
0
once you have finished.
