”well done”, ”medium”, etc., timer, measuring preset temperature,
confirm timer and temperature settings.

1. Open the battery compartment cover and insert
2 × AAA/LR03 batteries. Note the markings
on the bottom of the battery holder to ensure
correct polarity.
2. Press [ MODE ] to turn on the BBQ thermometer.
The display will show the previous setting/function.
Press [ MODE ] to toggle to another desired
function. The thermometer will automatically
shut off if it has not been activated for more than
10 min. Manually turn the thermometer off by
holding in the [ TASTE ] button for a few seconds.
3. Press [ MEAT ] to select the type of meat to be
cooked:
BEEF
,
VEAL
,
LAMB
,
PORK
,
CHIC
(chicken),
TURK
(turkey) or
FISH
.
4. Press [ TASTE ] to select the type of meat to
be cooked. Select between
WELL DONE
,
MEDIUM
,
MEDIUM RARE
or
RARE
.
Note:
All types of meat do not have a doneness option.
Fish for example only has WELL DONE as an option.
