All 081x codes - Throttle wiring

Check wiring for short circuits or broken wires on

short or open circuits.

Trio’s 20-way connector, the LCD’s 5-way
connector (if used) & the wiring to front panel

0816 & 0817 can be caused by

speed/throttle control, and the actual control.

incorrect programming of the ISO
test parameter.

Controller fault.

Replace controller if not cleared by disconnecting
batteries for 1 minute.

Check the Trio’s traction motor connection, check
wiring from this connector down to the traction

All 150x codes - Check brake &

motor, checking all connections along the way.

wiring for open or short circuit.

Otherwise, possible fault in traction motor’s
electro brake or possible controller fault.

Voltage exceeds maximum.

Check for poor or corroded battery connections.
Can also be caused by charger being connected.

Possible controller fault.

Replace controller if not cleared by disconnecting
batteries for 1 minute.

Tiller settings updated in program Cycle the power by using the key switch.

Inhibit inputs - exact usage

Remove or correct the cause of inhibit.
