Solution Tank Kit (50026B) Parts List and Instructions 4/08

Unplug the machine before installing this Kit.
Tools required:
1/2” wrench
Assembly and Operation:
1. Release polisher handle clamp and allow handle to tilt back completely.
2. Place solution tank on handle tube.
3. Install U-bolts (ref. #1), washer plates (ref. #6) and nuts (ref. # 7) as shown in drawing. Tighten nuts until solution tank is secure.
4. Couple brass handle rod (ref. #3) to solution valve (ref. #8) as shown in drawing.
5. Screw and tighten hosebarb (ref. #11) to solution valve (ref. #8.
6. Push hose (ref. #12) onto the above hosebarb.
7. Push the opposite end of hose (ref. #12) onto the hosebarb on the rigid pad driver, located at the left rear of the mainframe.
8. Mix cleaning solution according to instructions.
9. Fill solution tank with cleaning solution.
10. Pull up on handle to release solution to brush.
11. Proceed with polisher operating instructions.
