FAULT FINDING

•  Repairs should only be carried out by competent persons familiar with electric instantaneous water heaters.
•  All service work should be performed by an authorized Zip service engineer – for details of the full range of 

services available call Zip on

•  When calling for service, please always specify the appliance model and serial number.

This instantaneous water heater was manufactured, thoroughly inspected & tested  before delivery. Use the 

following fault finding information to diagnose the fault or seek remedial action.
