7.14.41

Fan drive

Assembling the fan variable-speed pulley
assembly (spring-loaded)

1. Bolt the parallel key (4) into the pulley half (3)

using the cheese-head screws (5 and 6).

2. Insert the bushing (2) into the pulley half (1) and

observe correct installation position. While doing
this, grease all sliding surfaces and grease
channels.

3. Join the two halves of the pulley together.

4. Insert the thrust plate (8) and the compression

spring and pre-stress the spring using the special
tool.

Screw in a M 8 x 100 hex. bolt (S) for guiding the
thrust plate.
