Threshing concave

Threshing drums without cover plates:

Attach the main concave with a chain of approx.

520 mm

length to a rasp bar (R) of the threshing drum.

CAUTION!

The top edge (O) of the main concave must be
positioned precisely between two rasp bars so it
can dip in between them when turning upwards.

Cut the chain on the left-hand machine side approx.

10 mm

shorter to allow passing a weld nut on the left-

hand machine side.

Threshing drums with cover plates:

Attach the main concave with a chain of approx.

740 mm

length to a rasp bar (R) and a mounted cover

plate (A) of the threshing drum.

CAUTION!

The top edge (O) of the main concave must be
positioned precisely between two rasp bars so it
can dip in between them or make contact with
the cover plate (A) when turning upwards.

Cut the chain on the left-hand machine side approx.

10 mm

shorter to allow passing a weld nut on the left-
