5. Mode of Use
5-1 Overall Flow
This unit is provided with a SET No. parameter function.
By registering multiple measurement conditions in the SET No. parameters in advance,
measurement conditions can be called up simply by specifying the corresponding SET No.
This makes setup changes easy.
SET No. parameter
Specify a Set No. by using the following methods.

By key operation

By RS-232C command
•
By I/O input from the interface connector on the rear of the unit (has priority over other
methods)

Measurement
Setting the SET No.
Parameters
Up to seven measurement
conditions can be set.
See below for the setting
items.
Setting the Initial Parameters
The resolution (minimum unit)
of the display, the RS-232C
communication conditions,
and the timing of BCD output,
etc., can be set.
These settings are not
mandatory for operation.
Input Monitor
Signal inputs can be
monitored.
Make use of this for wiring
checks and judging failures.
It measures and performs pass/fail judgments
in accordance with the specified SET No.
parameter settings.
On the measurement screen you can perform
the reset operation for calibration against a
master and the peak clear operation when in
the peak hold mode.
