As a Portico TVA user you can configure your phone from both the Web (via the 
User Portal) and from your phone menus. For instructions on using your phone 
menus, See

 “Phone Menus” on page 3

. Instructions for using the Portico TVA User 

Portal are included in this chapter.

Getting Started

You will need to know the Portico TVA Master URL, your username, and your 
password to login to the User Portal. These are assigned by your system 
administrator.

1.

Enter the Portico TVA Master URL (supplied by your system administrator). 
The Portico TVA homepage opens.

•

If your company has more than one Portico TVA unit, you may have to use 

Find User (See

 “Finding a User” on page 10

)

 to locate the particular unit to 

which your phone is connected.
