Chapter I Commands

ip pim sparse-mode

To enable IPv4 Protocol Independent Multicast (PIM) sparse mode on an interface, use the

ip pim

sparse-mode

command. To disable PIM on an interface, use the

form of this command.

ip pim sparse-mode

no ip pim

[

sparse-mode

]

Syntax Description

This command has no arguments or keywords.
