Enter a password in the Password field.

Re-enter the password in the Confirm Password field.

Enter the last name of the user in the Last Name field.

Click Save .
You will be redirected to a page where you can find the status of your User Profile creation. If all fields
have been entered properly the status will indicate ‘Add Successful’.
